Return & Exchange Policy – Words Armor

At Words Armor, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items: clearance sale products, items bought with discount codes, and custom/personalized designs (unless damaged or incorrect).
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

After verification, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@wordsarmor.com or DM us on Instagram @wordsarmor.
  2. Provide your order number, the issue, and whether you'd prefer a return or exchange.
  3. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we’ll cover shipping.
  • For returns due to other reasons (e.g., size issue), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
